With 12 years of experience in private client work, Judith has a broad range of experience of advising individuals and families on Wills on succession planning, powers of attorney, executries, trusts and tax issues
Having spent several years working in a rural firm, and growing up in a farming family, Judith has particular experience of administering the estates of estate owners and farmers.
Judith finds it rewarding building personal relationships with clients from all walks of life, and in a wide variety of transactions from relatively simple Wills to complicated and contentious matters.
Judith is a full member of STEP having completed the Scottish STEP diploma in Trusts and Estates in 2013, for which she received a distinction, and a student of the year award. Judith also went on to complete a STEP Advanced Certificate in Cross Border Estates in 2017 to better advise clients who have interests in multiple jurisdictions.
