Evelyn Moir

Evelyn is a Senior Solicitor in our Residential Property team based in Morningside, Edinburgh. Evelyn completed her LLB at Robert Gordon University, followed by a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Edinburgh University. As a trainee solicitor, Evelyn focused exclusively on residential conveyancing within a high‑volume transaction environment.

Evelyn specialises in guiding clients through all aspects of buying, selling, and refinancing their homes. She handles a broad range of transactions, including sales, purchases, new‑build properties and transfers of title. She works with a diverse client base, from first‑time buyers to property investors and prides herself on delivering clear, practical advice at every stage.
