Chris, an accredited specialist in Planning and Environmental Law, joins the firm’s specialist Planning team, further strengthening its commercial practice. He brings extensive experience advising on complex development, infrastructure, housing, renewables and public sector projects across Scotland.
Recognised as one of Scotland’s leading solicitors in employee ownership, Douglas advises employee-owned businesses on reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, while also drawing on his extensive corporate law experience to support clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and a broad range of strategic advisory matters.
