Associate – Dispute Resolution – Family Law

We have an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join our expanding Dispute Resolution (DR) team.
The successful candidate will support the DR team in a broad range of family law matters including separation, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation, litigation and other dispute resolution methods and child law matters.
Candidates will possess a desire to actively contribute to the development of our successful and forward-thinking team. They will be confident in working independently and running their own caseload, but also be willing and able to work with other members of the team on larger or more complex cases. They will contribute to the financial success of the team and the firm by meeting agreed targets and contributing to business development and marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a varied caseload with minimum supervision and is likely to have at least 5 years’ family law post qualification experience. An interest in and experience in advocacy would also be useful. Consideration will be given to part time and flexible working for this post.
