Lianne LodgePartner & Head of Charities
Lianne is the Head of our Charities and Not for Profit team and works principally in the fields of charity law and private client dealing with; asset protection, succession, guardianships and tax.
In her charities role Lianne advises on; establishment, good governance, amalgamations, reorganisation and windups and OSCR inquiries. She is a charity trustee so understands the concerns from the other side of the table.
Within the private client team Lianne advises clients at all stages of life and particularly enjoys giving tailored and pragmatic advice to elderly or vulnerable clients and their families. She helps with; asset protection, succession planning including drafting wills, tax planning, guardianship orders and powers of attorney.
Lianne co-authored the legal text book for The Elderly Client a Practical Guide.
