Alex works within our Corporate team advising on mergers and acquisitions, Companies Act procedures and other corporate transactions, including reductions of capital and share buy-backs. He also oversees the firm’s company secretarial function and supports clients with their ongoing corporate governance and compliance requirements.
Alex completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations in 2025 and qualified as a solicitor in May 2026 after gaining his qualifying work experience as a paralegal in the Corporate team.
