Lyndsay Montgomerie

Lyndsay is a Solicitor in our Private Client team advising individuals, families, and trusts on a range of matters for individuals, both contentious and non-contentious. Lyndsay supports clients with succession and tax planning, the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, and the administration of trusts and executries. Lyndsay also advises clients in disputes relating to trusts and estates.
Lyndsay joined Gillespie Macandrew as a Trainee Solicitor in 2024 and qualified as a solicitor in 2026. She obtained her LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow.
