Michelle Haldane

Michelle joined the firm in March 2019 and has worked in the legal sector for over 17 years. She qualified as a Specialist Paralegal in residential conveyancing in 2005, obtained accreditation in 2019 and is a member of the Scottish Paralegal Association.
Michelle has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing – sales, purchases, re-mortgages and title transfers taking you through the whole process from initial instructions to completion and post-completion matters. She is currently a member of our Housebuilding Team dealing with volume plot sales (to include part exchange purchases and subsequent sell-on). Michelle has a passion for client care, she has an excellent eye for detail and delivers an outstanding service to clients (some of whom are the largest housebuilders in Scotland).
Michelle also previously acted for investors in volume plot purchases as well as repossession sales on behalf of major banks and lending establishments in both Scotland and England.
