Stephen is a Solicitor in our Family Law team. Stephen has a broad range of Family Law experience and expertise which includes advising clients in relation to:
- Child Law
- Divorce, both in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session.
- Cohabitation Separations and Cohabitation Claims on death.
- Pre-Nuptial, Post-Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements.
Stephen has particular expertise in child related disputes where he works to support clients in reaching amicable resolutions between parties.
Stephen is known for his compassionate and reasoned approach in helping clients navigate emotionally challenging circumstances with clarity and confidence. His personal nature and commitment to client care make him a trusted advisor during what can be extremely difficult times.
